Data protection – safety and security on the Internet
Privacy and data security are issues that fuel insecurity and questions when using online offers. This data is stored in anonymised form, so that it cannot be associated with identified or identifiable persons from the outset.

Use of cookies

Use of social media plug-ins
Our website uses so-called social plug-ins from third-party providers, e.g. those of Facebook, Twitter or Google+. The plug-ins are marked with the provider's logo and can be, for example, the Like button or a Google+ or Twitter button. When the user loads a website that contains this type of plug-in, the browser connects directly with the supplier's computer. The plug-in content is transferred directly from the provider's page to the user's browser and integrated into the website from there. As soon as the plug-in is integrated into the page, the provider knows that the user has requested access to our website. If the user is also registered with the provider and logged in, the provider can assign this visit to the user profile. If the user interacts with the plug-in (e.g. by clicking the Like button or entering a comment), the corresponding information will be transferred directly from the user's browser to the provider and stored there. Even if the user is not logged in, the providers collect the data anonymously through social plug-ins and save the related cookies. If the user logs into the provider's social media at a later time, this data may be associated with her profile. Personalized direct communication (example of e-mail, SMS, sending of e-mails)
If you have a customer account with us and we are authorized to send you personalized advertising (for example because you have subscribed to a newsletter), we will send you personalized direct communications in the form of offers and product recommendations based on the purchases you have made and your search and surfing behavior on our website. To do this, we process the data you have provided to us (such as name, address, contact information) as well as information about your usage behavior during your visit to our website (e.g. which main pages and subpages you accessed during your visit and which products you were interested in, see cookies). Thanks to an evaluation, you receive advertising that matches your interests and is relevant to you, thus offering added value. For example, if you have added a mobile phone to your shopping cart, we can remind you of this by email. Or, if you've looked at specific products, we'll send you offers on similar products or other products you might like. You can prevent the personalized evaluation through cookies at any time by deleting the cookies set in your browser. You can also set your browser so that it does not contain related cookies by default. However, we point out that in this case the individual functions of our website are no longer fully functional. You can unsubscribe from the sending of e-mails at any time using a link in the e-mails you receive or via the Notification function in your account and thus prevent the receipt of further e-mails.
Use of customer master data
If the user has placed orders on our site through an active customer account, these specific data sets will be processed to improve personalized advertising. This data will only be used for the creation of dynamic content and target group segments. For example, to show specific actions for a brand or interest-based advertising (banners, websites or newsletters). Furthermore, all customer data is used to create segments of impersonal target groups through an assessment of age groups or the analysis of specific buying behavior. The user has the option of subscribing to our free newsletter via our website. The newsletter may contain news, offers, advertising, product information and competitions. To subscribe to the newsletter it is necessary to provide the following data:

· Favourite language
· Date of birth (optional, for any birthday actions)
The user will receive the newsletter only after having actively registered for the service through the so-called double opt-in system. To complete the registration, after subscribing to the newsletter, the user will receive an e-mail, through which he can definitively confirm the subscription. The user can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time through the appropriate link present in each newsletter.
Forms
Through our website, the user has the possibility to contact us for the most varied reasons. Depending on the reason for the contact, different data are requested within the form. Personal data such as title, name, surname, e-mail address and type of problem must be provided in order to contact you and to allow dialogue with the user. In addition, the user has the possibility to enter his order number to refer to a specific case.
Data security
A secure SSL connection is used to ensure secure data transfer. In this way, unauthorized third parties will not be able to read the user's data during the transfer. To understand if a page is secured via SSL, look at the page address, which should start with https://. In addition, a small closed padlock appears in most browsers (e.g. in the status bar at the bottom edge of the screen).

Our website contains links to third-party websites as well as embedded images and video content from these. This data protection declaration does not apply to other providers. Right of revocation and consultation
